Our standard rental policy is a month-to-month rental agreement with 30 days notice to vacant. But from time-to-time we offer specials which require a lease agreement. The lease specials only apply to the initial lease period on move-in. After the initial lease period is completed tenancy is month-to-month at our standard rental rates listed below. Prices and availability of listed rental property are subject to change without notice.

Complex pays for water, sewer, and garbage. Tenants pay for electric.

Put down a non-refundable move-in fee of $200.00 and fill out a rental application which is submitted to Pacific Screening along with a $35 non-refundable application fee for a check on your rental history, income verification, criminal record check, eviction records check, and a credit report.

Once approved, you pay the first month's rent and the apartment's yours.

Result: move-in costs are just your first month's rent, the $200 move-in fee, and the $35 non-refundable application fee.
