We are currently running some discounts:

• If you sign a 6-month lease your rent is discounted by $10.00 per month on new rentals.
• If you sign a 1-year lease your rent is discounted by $20.00 per month on new rentals.

In addition garages and storage space may be available for rent.

Our standard rental policy is a month-to-month rental agreement with 30 days notice to vacant. But from time-to-time we offer specials which require a lease agreement. The lease specials only apply to the initial lease period on move-in. After the initial lease period is completed tenancy is month-to-month at our standard rental rates listed below. Prices and availability of listed rental property are subject to change without notice.

There is an additional $15 per month rental fee for renters with a pet.

Complex pays for water, sewer, and garbage. Tenants pay for electric.

Put down a security deposit of $200.00 ($500.00 with one pet) and fill out a rental application which is submitted to Pacific Screening along with a $35 non-refundable screening charge for a check on your rental history, income verification, criminal record check, eviction records check, and a credit report.

Once approved, you pay the first month's rent and the apartment's yours.

Result: move-in costs are just your first month's rent, the $200.00 ($500.00 with one pet) security deposit, and the $35 non-refundable screening charge.

Garages and storages spaces may be available on a month-to-month rental basis for the following monthly rents.
