Restrictions: The breed restrictions include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shephard, American Staffordshire Terrier, and any mixes that include one of these breeds. The Pet Agreement must be signed and all pet deposits must be paid prior to the resident obtaining a pet or at the time of Move-In.
